Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2022 Pink Hill Christmas Parade. The parade promises to be a great event, and the information below provides all the information you need to submit your entry into the parade.

The Pink Hill Christmas Parade is put on by the Town of Pink Hill and is being led this year by Mayor Yvonne Deatherage. If you need to reach out with any questions, please contact Yvonne at 252-560-4073 or parade@townofpinkhill.com.

This year’s event takes place Sunday, December 4, 2022, and the parade starts at approximately 2:00 PM.

We need you to submit all required information for registration to be complete. We are limited in space, so please be specific about the SIZE and SPACE needed for your entry. If a trailer is pulled by a truck, we need to know the length of the two together to determine the parade spot.

The lineup is from 12.00-1:30 at the assigned number. (will be given to you) Take the main entrance by driving past the R-Mart and turn right onto Front St. Look for your lineup number. There will be volunteers on Golf carts to assist in locating numbers.

Who may enter?

Floats, Antique Cars, Churches, Businesses, Schools, Pageant Queens, Dance Schools, Karate Schools, Motorcycles, Horses and Civic Organizations. Please, no Santa on entries, he will be at the end of our parade!!!

Miss Merry Christmas $35

Nonprofit, Schools and Churches No Charge

Classic Cars No Charge

(Pageant Queens representing other areas, any business or entry advertising or sponsored by a business must pay the $35 entry fee)

Check or Cash Accepted – Please make checks out to the Town of Pink Hill.

Miss Merry Christmas Contestants

Contestants must be in 9th-11th Grades

Entry Fee $35

Any business, school club, family or friend may sponsor a Miss Merry Christmas contestant. The contestant or sponsor provides the contestant’s vehicle and a sign attached to each side of the vehicle stating their name and sponsored information.

The contestants will have a meet and greet social hosted by Marie White with the other contestants and a short interview held Friday, December 2nd at 6:30 PM at 107 E. Clay St., Pink Hill.

The newly crowned Miss Merry Christmas will have one year to complete a community service project of her choice that benefits the Pink Hill Community.

Please download and sign the release form below and attach the upload with your entry submission or email it separately to parade@townofpinkhill.com. You may also print it out and place it in dropbox at Town Hall after submitting your entry above. Your entry will not be complete until we receive this form.
